| Al Qalat is a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse on two floors equipped to a high standard with fabulous views over the exclusive Marina Del Este and Almunecar Bay.
From the two large terraces you can sip your drink or eat al freso while watching the boats leave the Marina or spotting Dolphins playing off the coast.
The apartment comprises a luxury kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, a large lounge/diner, 2 twin bedrooms and one double and two bathrooms. Air conditioning/heating throughout.
The downstairs terrace has a dining table and chairs, and the large upstairs terrace has sunloungers, table and chairs and sun umbrella.
There is parking to the front of the apartment or a designated space in an underground car park with lift access to the apartment.
There are two communal swimming pools. The Marina with it's bistro/restaurants and the beach are ten minutes walk.
Sheets, bathroom towels and cleaning is included and a welcome basket provided. Extensive dvd library, books and satellite tv channels (all ITC, BBC and many more English channels plus foreign channels) all available to guests.
Unusually for an apartment the terraces are not overlooked and do not overlook any other terraces in the same block. They are very private, topping up the all over tan is a definite option !

But thank you very much for letting us use your wonderful apartment. It really was something special and the views out across the bay added great interest.
